The creamy pink roe pate you are looking for is Taramasalata - see my post from a couple of weeks ago. Could somebody please let me know why so many visitors today are searching for creamy pink pates made from mullet or cod roe? With crusty bread and freshly made cod's-roe taramasalata; it is the best taramasalata one will have had. As mentioned my post a week or so ago, I knew it would be a huge hit with family and is officially Mummy's favourite (Tom Lehrer references aside!) Thank you
